	Overview The Santana Blues Band, later shortened to Santana is a Blues influenced rock band with an infectious latin flavor created by using various latin percussion instruments like conga, timbale, cabasas, guiros, shakers and other hand held percussion. His group was one of the last psychedelic rock groups of the late 60's. Santana's high pitched solos have soared with many singers like Rob Thomas of matchbox 20 and Eric Clapton.
